We are a small scale farm producing high quality pork products as our core offering. Currently, we have 30 Berkshire pigs. These pigs are healthy, hardy, and thrive outdoors, especially when grazing on pasture. This breed’s meat is darker than commercial pork and far more flavorful than the pork found in your grocery-store freezer.
pork: mild / hot / italian mild / italian hot sausage, fat back, whole / half pigs
pork standards: pasture raised, ethically & humanely raised stock, no artificial ingredients / steroids / hormones / nitrates / medicated feed, USDA inspected
local restaurant wholesale: butchered / cut whole or half-pigs to order
direct to consumer: butchered / cut whole or half-pigs to order
$3.50 / lb hanging weight for whole pigs
$4.50 / lb hanging weight for half pigs
+ butchering / processing costs
+ $40.00 delivery fee from the farm to the processor and back
all done at a USDA certified processor
